The Healthy Living Directory is published annually by Apple a Day Ideas, LLC. Distributed free of charge beginning in January of each year, the Directory is dedicated to helping readers find local businesses, services and products that support living a healthy lifestyle.

The 2004 edition of the Directory is currently available at a variety of stores selling natural foods including Clovers Natural Market, Root Cellar and HyVee Health Market.

It is also available at retail outlets including Tryathletics and Walt's; health and fitness centers including Boone Hospital's Wellaware and Columbia's ARC; and at restaurants including Main Squeeze, Uprise Bakery and Ragtag Cinemacafe.

The directory is also found in the offices of dozens of wellness practitioners in the area including Columbia Acupuncture, Whole Health Family Practice, Heartland Massage Therapies and at Peak Performance Physical Therapy.

The directories are available at the Columbia Chamber of Commerce & Visitor's Center and at the Columbia Farmer's Market.
